MailDesk Pro is the next step up from MailDesk Basic. It keeps everything Basic gives you β€” Gmail, Outlook and IMAP mailboxes inside Odoo β€” and adds the capabilities that turn email into part of your team's daily Odoo workflow.

Pro is built for users and teams who actually work in email β€” sales, support, operations, customer success.


What Pro adds on top of Basic

Who can use Pro

Required permissions:

  • End users β€” any user who can use MailDesk Basic can also use Pro features on the mailboxes they have access to

  • Administrator β€” needed to configure AI providers, manage shared mailboxes, install Workflow Bridges, and set company-wide signatures and templates

⚠️ AI provider keys are configured by an administrator and apply system-wide. Individual users do not enter their own keys.
