Which Odoo versions and editions does MailDesk Calendar Integration run on?

Odoo 17, 18 and 19. It needs the Odoo Calendar app (included in Community as well). Odoo Online cannot install custom modules; use on-premise or Odoo.sh.

Do I need MailDesk Basic and Pro to use MailDesk Calendar Integration?

Yes. The module depends on both MailDesk Basic and MailDesk Pro, so both must be installed. It extends MailDesk and does not replace it.

How do I create an Odoo meeting from an email?

Schedule with AI proposes a title, agenda, duration and attendees and lists free slots within working hours. After you pick one, the event is created and linked to the email.

Is MailDesk Calendar Integration a purchase or a subscription?

One-time licence at 249 EUR plus VAT, valid for one Odoo major version and the current MailDesk major. Future Odoo or MailDesk majors are separate purchases.

Where are the links between email and event stored?

In your own Odoo database, attached to the MailDesk message index rather than folder or provider IDs. Moving an email to another folder therefore does not break the link.

What does the add-on add over the standard Odoo Calendar?

Standard Odoo Calendar does not know your emails. The add-on connects both: events are created from the inbox, stay linked to the email and can be switched on or off per mailbox.
