How It Works?

  • Schedule Name - A name for this scheduler.
  • Mailing to Clone - The email campaign that will be duplicated and sent.
  • Scheduled Time - When the first email should be sent.
  • Interval Value - The frequency number (e.g. 2).
  • Interval Unit - The unit of time: hours, days, weeks, months, or years .
  • Is Recurring - Enables repeated sending.
  • Active - Keeps the schedule running.
  • The selected campaign is cloned .
  • The new campaign is scheduled and launched .
  • If recurring is enabled, the next schedule time is calculated and updated automatically.

Step 1: Create an Email Campaign

Go to Email Marketing → Mailings . Here, you can create or edit an email campaign. Define recipients, subject, email content, and attach any relevant documents.

Navigate to Email Marketing → Email Scheduler and click New . In the form, you define:
