Deaktivierung ist non-destruktiv — bestehende Verknüpfungen bleiben abfragbar, sind aber im Sales-Panel ausgeblendet.

Verknüpft die Integration E-Mails automatisch mit bestehenden Angeboten?

Ja, wenn der Absender oder Empfänger einem Partner mit offenen Angeboten entspricht. Der Wizard schlägt das aktuellste passende Dokument vor und lässt den Benutzer entweder annehmen oder ein anderes wählen. Auto-Link kann pro Mailbox deaktiviert werden für Teams, die ausschließlich manuelle Verknüpfungen bevorzugen.

Wie werden verknüpfte E-Mails am sale.order-Formular angezeigt?

Das Sale-Order-Formular bekommt einen zusätzlichen *MailDesk-Thread*-Stat-Button mit der Anzahl verknüpfter Threads. Ein Klick öffnet das MailDesk-Message-Detail im Seitenpanel inklusive Reply-/Forward-/Archiv-Steuerelementen. Der Verkäufer verlässt nie die Auftragsansicht für zugehörige Korrespondenz.

Sind Verknüpfungs-Operationen transaktional?

Ja. Jede Link-/Unlink-Operation läuft im selben Odoo-Cursor wie das E-Mail-Panel-Update; ein fehlgeschlagener Write rollt sowohl die Verknüpfung als auch jede Panel-Zustandsänderung zurück. Die Integration ist read-dominant: sie ergänzt einen Stat-Button + ein Seitenpanel; sie ändert weder Statusübergänge noch Bestätigungs-Logik, Rechnungs-Flow oder sonstiges Standard-Sales-Verhalten. Die neuen Felder ( maildesk_message_link_ids ) sind nicht-gespeicherte Many2many-Referenzen und haben keinen Einfluss auf bestehende Reports.
