Subscription or one-time purchase - which pays off?+
The one-time purchase (with updates) is our hero - most DACH companies buy perpetually rather than monthly. We also offer a subscription (monthly) and an annual licence. All prices apply per Odoo database.
What does running the AI cost - per token?+
Nothing extra with us: MindDesk runs on your own provider key (BYOK) or local models. You pay for the platform licence, never a token markup. If you don't have your own key, you can add an EU token bundle from Metzler IT.
Do I need Odoo Enterprise?+
No. MindDesk runs from Odoo Community upwards - unlike Odoo's built-in AI, which is Enterprise-only.
What does setup and support cost?+
Module setup from €89/hr (fixed price on request), on-premise AI setup as a fixed-price package or ~€120/hr. Ongoing operation of the Sovereign Box is included in the managed service (from €349/month per tier).
Can I upgrade later?+
Yes. Each tier unlocks exactly the next capability you want. Individual capabilities (Flow, Dashboards) can also be added to Basic separately (+€290 one-time each).
