The complete email client and unified inbox for Odoo. MailDesk brings Gmail, Outlook/Microsoft 365, and any IMAP mailbox directly into Odoo — one inbox, shared team mailboxes, a full composer, and emails linked to the Odoo records they belong to. Pro adds two-way sync, AI assistance, a mobile-adaptive interface, and a manager cockpit.

Works with Odoo 17, 18, and 19 (Community and Enterprise), including Odoo.sh. This documentation is written and verified against Odoo 18; behavior is equivalent across the supported versions.
